Here is my savoury mince recipe, with pictures, which you can use when making lasagna, moussaka, bolognese sauce or anything else which requires mince. It's even delicious served on top of a baked potato or sweet potato.

Moussaka (well, almost)
This is based on a traditional Greek Moussaka, but I have used grilled baby marrows instead of potatoes, as it find potatoes too starchy in this kind of dish.
Lamb Bobotie
Traditional South African Bobotie is one of my favourites. This is a Bobotie made with lamb mincemeat, although you can make it with beef, ostrich or a combination of lamb and pork. It's not always easy to find lamb mincemeat, but I bought mine from my local butcher, who minced the meat up for me while I waited.
