Hummus

This has to be the easiest snack to make, plus it's healthy! I used a fantastic tahini paste which I bought from Anat.


You will need:
1 x 410g tin of cooked chickpeas, drained
45ml tahini paste
30ml olive oil
30ml lemon juice
A pinch of salt and some pepper
A teaspoon of crushed garlic


Using a hand blender, blend the whole lot together until it is gorgeous and smooth. A food processor won't get it smooth enough, unfortunately. 

Serve it with my seed crackers.
