Then, fill the wraps with anything you like.
I made a guacamole with mashed avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
I fried some thinly sliced pork fillet in coconut oil together with 10ml honey, 15ml sweet (gluten-free) soya sauce, a finely chopped onion and a pinch of salt.
Spread a tablespoon of the avo across the middle of the wrap. Then add sliced lettuce, green pepper, sprouts and tomatoes.
Roll up the sides of the wrap to make a parcel.
