So, today we made an amazing salad with goats cheese, fried chorizo, figs and avo.
Here's how I made it:
Tear up some salad leaves
Cut up a few black figs into smallish pieces
Place a few pieces of avo on top
Sprinkle toasted mixed seeds
Crumbled goats cream cheese
Dress with balsamic glaze and good quality olive oil
A few slices of spicy chorizo, fried until they were crispy
